It is more than a year since my last post. Been busy handling some personal health issues and publication of my book, ' Dr. B C Rao' A Family Physician's life. Part biography and part a collection of stories and essays written over the years. The process began in January 2023 and the book got the light of the day in May, thanks to Vidya publishers, headed by Dr Sunanda Mishra Panda and Dr Tanmay Panda. The editing was done by my friend Dr R K Prasad.

The book got good response from doctors and non doctors and up to date nearly 1000 copies have been sold, Available on Amazon.

Over the past 50 years of my being a family doctor, I have come across number of interesting patients and stories and have kept a diary of these and they form the base on which this and the forth coming book have been built. I am  titling the next one as, ' Tales from a family doctor's bag'. This book has no biography, has only stories related to patients, personalities, sport, birds , music , trees and the like.

I hope to now onwards to resume writing on my blog.
